Common questions
How do I export my data?
Open the app, then go to Settings → Data → Export. The export includes every workout you have logged, with weights, sets, and reps.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, then go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanently removes all of your workout data. You can also see the account-deletion guide for the full list of what gets deleted.
I can't sign in
Overload signs in through Google or Apple. If sign-in is failing, first confirm you can sign in to that provider directly. If you used Apple's "Hide My Email" relay, make sure the relay is still active in your Apple ID settings. If sign-in still fails, email us with the provider you used and a rough timestamp.
Rest-timer notifications aren't firing
Open Settings → Notifications on your device and confirm Overload is allowed to send notifications. On iOS, also check that Focus modes (Do Not Disturb, Sleep) are not silencing the app.
A workout I just logged is missing
Pull-to-refresh on the dashboard. If it still does not appear, force-quit the app and reopen it. If it still does not appear, email us with the date and approximate time of the workout.
Reporting a bug or requesting a feature
Send a short description and, if you can, a screenshot to nick@johnson22.com. Include your device model and OS version (Settings → About on most devices).
